3. Full Turn Jump
4. Frog Balance (3 secs)
5. Teddy Bear Roll 6. Chasse, catleap
7. Cartwheel ¼ In
8. Backward Roll to straddle stand, jump feet together
9. Shoulder Stand (3 secs)
10. Bridge (3 secs) / Kick over
11. Ski jump. Optional finish position held for 2 secs.

1. 4 Cartwheels over. Facing same way
2. One foot balance to Arabesque.
3. Crouch 1/2 turn
4. 2 Straight leg Kicks Backwards
5. Behind infront, infront behind side walks
6. 2 Straight leg Kicks forwards
7. Forward roll immediate tuck jump
8. Lie down and shoulder stand
9. Star jump
10.Cartwheel on
11.Round off dismount

Floor Routine 3 (10.00)
Optional start position held for 2 secs.
1. Handstand Forward Roll / to straddle stand. (.2 Bonus) 
2. Full Spin
3. Full Turn Jump
4. Headstand, bent or straight arms,(3 secs) Any leg shape.
5. Chasse, catleap, chasse full turn cat leap
6. 2 handed / free cartwheel into 1 Handed Cartwheel 7. Backward Roll to Front Support 8. Back support, kick left & right leg. 9. Shoulder Stand / no hand support (3 secs)
10. Drop to bridge, kick over / Back Walkover
11. W jump
Optional finish position held for 2 secs.

Beam (10.00)
1. Tuck jump on
2. One foot balance to Arabesque. Wine glass (.3 bonus)
3. 2 Straight leg kicks
4. 2 Sideways walk (behind, side, in front, side) 5. 2 Kicks backwards 6.Crouch in tuck 1/2 turn 7. Straddle hold
8. One leg Front support  9. Cartwheel / Back walkover (.3 Bonus) 11. Star jump on  12. Round off / handspring (.3 bonus) dismount
Floor Routine 1 (9.50)
Choose Start Position hold for 2 secs.
1. Drop to Bridge, Kick Over / Walkover
2. Full Turn Jump
3. One leg stand. Choose shape. (3 Sec Hold)
4. Chasse Cartwheel, Chasse 1 Handed Cartwheel
5. Handstand forward roll. 
6. Cartwheel 1/4 turn in, Backwards Roll to Straddle stand / front support
7. Headstand Choose leg shape (3 Secs)
8. Chasse Catleap,  Chasse Full Turning Catleap
9. Step Hop / Spring Entry Round Off, Star Jump
10. ½ Turn Forward Roll
11. Handstand chest roll. 
Finish Position hold for 2 secs.

1. Full Spin 2. Backward Walkover / Backward roll to handstand 3. Full Turn Tuck Jump 4. One leg stand. Choose shape. (3 Sec Hold.) 5. Spring Entry Dive Cartwheel /Free cartwheel (.3 Bonus.)
6. Cartwheel 1/4 turn in, Pike Down Backwards Roll to Front Support / Handstand (.3 Bonus)  7. Frog to Headstand back to frog / Pike up to headstand (all 3 secs)
8. Chasse Catleap,  Chasse Full Turning Catleap
9. Handstand forward roll to straddle stand 10. Round Off  W Jump. 11. Standing Flick (support allowed) Finish Position hold for 2 secs.

Track  (Choose 5)
1. Round off  full turn 2. Round off star/straddle.
3. Round off half turn dive roll.
4. Free cartwheel. 5. Free walkover 6. Dive Roll 7. Handspring straight jump dive roll / immediate dive roll.
9. Fly spring. 10. Front somersault. 11. Round off 1/2 turn, round off 1/2 turn, straight jump dive roll / front somersault. 12. Round off stop flick / flick. 13. Round off 2 flicks. 14. Round off and a variation of 2 joined, flicks, tuck or whip.
